Indication: To relieve bronchospasm combined with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema and other lung diseases.                                  

1.Terbutaline as a short-acting β2 agonist is the first-line drug of choice for the relief of acute asthma exacerbations, as well as for the initial treatment and combination therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, wheezing, and bronchiectasis.
2. Short-acting β2 agonists (SABA) have an advantage over long-acting β2 agonists (LABA) in terms of safety. Four drugs FITARIN® is a generic drug consistency evaluation product.
3. SABA has better diastolic effect and safety than choline receptor antagonists and theophyllines.
4. Terbutaline has better selectivity for β2 receptors, longer duration of action and higher safety than salbutamol.
5. The nebulized inhalation form of terbutaline has faster onset of action and fewer adverse effects than oral and intravenous injections.

Usage and Dosage: 

The dose should be individualized. It can only be administered through a nebulizer. No dilution is required for backup. Adults and children over 20 kg: a vial of 5 mg (2 ml) can be administered 3 times daily by inhalation through a nebulizer. children under 20 kg: half a vial of 2.5 mg (1 ml) can be administered up to 4 times daily by inhalation through a nebulizer.
