Indication:This product is used as a bronchodilator for the maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema, caused by bronchospasm. It can be used in combination with inhaled beta-agonists for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including chronic bronchitis and asthma, caused by bronchospasm in models.  Ipratropium bromide is currently the most widely used SAMA class drug. Unlike SABA, the response to ipratropium bromide in elderly patients with asthma does not diminish with age and therefore responds well to this class of drugs. The combination of SAMA with SABA is recommended for patients with moderate to severe exacerbations
